Justin Bieber’s surprise appearance at a music festival was booed! It wasn’t him who was booed, but his wife Hailey Bieber… why on earth?

Singer Justin Bieber recently made a surprise appearance at a popular music festival. The venue was very excited by Justin’s appearance, but in fact, there were a lot of people bashing Justin’s wife, Hailey Bieber, in the audience at that time. US Insider reports.

Justin made a surprise appearance on stage at the world’s biggest Hip Hop festival, Rolling Loud, in Los Angeles on Saturday (4 March).

He performed the collaboration song ‘Private Landing’ with rapper Don Tolliver.

The audience at the event praised Justin’s performance, saying it was “amazing”, according to Page Six. The audience was crazy about him”.

However, on the other hand, some audience members dissed Justin’s wife, model Hailey Bieber, in a video posted on social media, with one man saying “Fuck, Hailey Bieber!” and another saying “Fuck, Hailey Bieber! Another man exclaimed, “Fuck, Hailey Bieber!” Another man shouted “Fuck, Hailey Bieber!”. Then several people echoed this, chanting at the same time: ‘Fuck Hailey! simultaneously.

The reason for Hailey’s abuse is unknown, but US Insider reports that it is “the latest in the ongoing drama surrounding Hailey, Selena Gomez and Kylie Jenner”.

In mid-February, Hailey posted a video on TikTok in which she lip-synched the line “I’m not saying ‘I deserve it’, but God’s timing is always right”. Some users raised the idea that this could be a reference to Selena’s inability to stay in shape due to the side effects of a medication for a chronic illness, but Hayley subsequently deleted the video without explaining her true intentions.

About a week later, on 21 February, Selena posted a video on TikTok with a joke about her ‘eyebrows’. Then, a few hours later, Hailey and Kylie Jenner published a photo on social media with a close-up of their ‘eyebrows’. The aforementioned incident led to speculation on the internet that Hailey and Kylie had colluded to harass Selena.

And shortly after the row, past videos of Hailey expressing her dislike for Selena’s best friend Taylor Swift resurfaced on TikTok. Selena, who had previously denied any feud with Hailey, was indeed unable to forgive this video, saying, “I’m so sorry. My best friend (Taylor) is one of the best in the industry and will continue to be so”, and posted a comment as if criticising Hailey implicitly, and announced the suspension of TikTok on the same day.

This time, the ‘Fuck Hailey!’ were simply disliking Hailey, or whether they could not tolerate Hailey’s behaviour, which could be seen as social media bullying, is not clear.

Either way, the ‘Selena vs Hailey (& Kylie)’ drama is likely to continue for a while longer.
