Popular US singer Taylor Swift has broken up with British actor Joe Alwyn after six years together, ET magazine reports.
Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn broke up a few weeks ago.
It said that their break-up was “amicable and not ‘dramatic'”. Furthermore, Taylor and Joe’s relationship “ran its course and came to a natural end”.
Taylor is currently on a world tour, The Eras Tour, and will perform in Tampa, Florida, next week. At the moment, Joe has not been seen at any of the venues on this tour, but the break-up has been attributed to the break-up.
Taylor and Joe began to be seen together in the autumn of 2016 and rumours of a relationship began to circulate. Since then, fans watched as they bonded, including spending the Corona disaster together.
Taylor also released her latest album, Midnights, on 21 October last year. One of the songs on the album, ‘Lavender Haze’, expresses her love for Joe, and in fact, Taylor herself admitted that the song was inspired by her love affair with Joe.
Taylor and Joe kept their romance private, but were sometimes seen as lovebirds when they attended awards ceremonies together. Fans are unable to hide their oddity at the sudden news, saying ‘I don’t want to believe it’, ‘It’s a lie’, ‘Everyone, calm down (Calm down)’ and so on.
