Liam Payne is a member of popular British boy group One Direction.
He attended the premiere event of Louis Tomlinson’s documentary ALL OF THOSE VOICES at Cineworld Leicester Square in London, UK, on 16 March local time and appeared on the red carpet. There, his face became an internet sensation as he was clearly slimmer.
Fans were puzzled by this red carpet photo of Liam: “Liam, what have you done to your face…?” and were bewildered.

According to Page Six, about Liam’s look, renowned plastic surgeon Dr Ramtin Kashir said: ‘His face was soft and looked a bit chubby. It wasn’t necessarily a bad look before, but it’s more of a model, sturdy look”. Florida-based plastic surgeon Dr Thomas Su also said, “He definitely has a sharper, more chiselled face and a more masculine look compared to before”. And experts agree that Liam may have resorted to the celebrity-popular cheekbone fat removal procedure to achieve a sharper face.
One expert states that Liam may have opted for jawline fillers, lip fillers, chin fillers and regular maintenance Botox. Other comments in the same magazine included a comment that he had ‘cheek fat removal’ to define the lower part of his face, and that he had undergone liposuction.
Experts also said that if Liam had undergone a procedure, it was most likely cheekbone fat removal, which they described as costing between USD 5,000 and USD 20,000.
