Dylan Sprouse, an actor with a child actor background known for his roles in the children’s drama “Suite Life,” and Barbara Palvin, also known as a model for “Victoria’s Secret,” are finally engaged after five years of dating.
Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin began dating in 2018.
They opened up their relationship in August 2018 and have been posting about each other on social media since then. Also in 2020, they appeared together in a British Vogue project where they discussed each other over a dinner date.

Dylan and Barbara announced their engagement through “V” magazine.
On Thursday, June 15, “V” magazine posted photos and videos of Dylan and Barbara dressed up as a bride and groom. The magazine also featured an interview with Dylan’s twin brother, Cole Sprouse.

Dylan revealed that he proposed to Barbara last September, commenting, “We didn’t necessarily feel the need to divulge everything about our engagement publicly,” and declined to give details of the proposal.
Barbara added, “I think I was more stressed about the engagement than the wedding. Men have a lot of preparation time before they propose. Dylan kept the ring for seven months before he proposed. But he proposed at the best time and place for me.” “I knew I wanted to marry him when we started dating, but it was a big decision,” she said, sharing the story behind her proposal.

The two also opened up about how they got together leading up to their relationship.
In 2018, Dylan sent Barbara a DM, but Barbara ignored the message for six months. Then Barbara finally came to her senses and decided to contact Dylan, who was about to head to China to shoot a movie for six months.
Barbara contacted Dylan and said, “Hey, I’m in New York, do you want to hang out?” Dylan said, “I was like, ‘Hey, you picked a bad time.
However, this was not bad timing. Barbara was also scheduled to go to China for two months for a photo shoot at the same time, and she was convinced that this might be fate.
Unfortunately, Barbara’s shoot was canceled, but Dylan, who wanted to meet Barbara, said, “Hey, why don’t you fly out romantically and do what we were going to do anyway? I’ll give you a plane ticket and we can get on a plane and hang out in Beijing,” to which Barbara replied, “I’d love to, but I’ll buy the ticket myself. The couple plans to hold their wedding in Barbara’s native Hungary, and Cole will serve as best man.
