It has been announced that actress Linda Hamilton will appear in “Stranger Things” Season 5.
On June 17, Netflix’s global fan event “TUDUM” was held in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
On that stage, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who stars in the action drama “FUBAR,” currently available on Netflix, took the stage.
On stage, Arnold said, “I am thrilled to announce that one of my oldest friends, a wonderful actress, and the best of the best is joining the Netflix family. It is one of my favorite dramas and I know you all love it too. She has sent me a video of it. Please enjoy it,” she announced.

Then, as the opening music of “Stranger Things” played and the drama’s logo appeared on the screen, Linda Hamilton appeared in the video message.
Linda said, “Hello Arnold, thank you for bringing this video to ‘TUDUM’. My name is Linda Hamilton. I am thrilled to share this news with you. I am joining the new cast of “Stranger Things” for Season 5. I don’t know how to be a fan and an actress at the same time! But I’ll do my best. Arnold, I hope to see you again soon for dinner. And I’ll see you all in Hawkins,” she said, announcing that she will be joining the new season of “Stranger Things.

Linda Hamilton is best known for her role as Sarah Connor in the “Terminator” film series. Fans were thrilled when Arnold Schwarzenegger, star of “The Terminator” and longtime friend of Linda, announced the news.
Season 5 is the final season of “Stranger Things,” but a distribution date has not yet been announced.
