Migos members Quavo and Offset, who had been at odds with each other, performed together on stage at the BET Awards.

Migos had virtually disbanded.

Migos, which consists of Offset, Quavo, and Takeoff, was dissolved in 2022 when Quavo and Takeoff, who are related to each other as uncle and nephew (Uncle and Nephew), formed a unit called Unc & Phew and unfollowed Offset on Instagram.

After the disagreement, their activities as Migos were suspended and they were practically disbanded, but in November 2022, Takeoff was shot and killed.

However, the two got into a huge fight behind the scenes of the Grammy Awards ceremony in 2023, and it is said that the reason for the fight was because Quavo refused to accept Offset’s request to perform at Takeoff’s memorial performance. Offset’s wife, Cardi B., who couldn’t bear to watch them fight, was seen blackmailing him.

The rift between Offset and Quavo has been deepening, and it was said that it would take time for them to make up, but things have changed since they were spotted together at Offset’s birthday party held on June 18.

Offset and Quavo performing together at the BET Awards

Offset and Quavo were chatting and laughing at Takeoff’s birthday party, both wearing T-shirts with Takeoff’s image printed on them. From this point on, the two may have grown closer again, and they finally appeared on stage together at the BET Awards.

After a take-off verse of Unc & Phew’s “Hotel Lobby” played on stage, they performed Migos’ popular song “Bad and Boujee,” which has been nominated for a Grammy Award. The audience was thrilled by this surprise, and those in attendance were on their feet.

Cardi was also thrilled by this performance and said, “(I’m) too moved to bear it. I am so proud of the boys,” he tweeted, praising their performance.
