Zayn, 30, a former member of the popular boy group One Direction who is now working as a solo singer, will release new music for the first time in over two years.
On Tuesday, June 27 (local time), Zayn released a short teaser video in which he wears a helmet and rides a motorcycle, teasing the release of new music.

Zayn began his solo career in 2015 after leaving One Direction, releasing three albums on RCA Records.
Zayn has now signed a new contract with Mercury Records and will release new music through the record label.
The company is known for its affiliations with Post Malone, Hailee Steinfeld, AJR, James Bay, and others.
Mercury Records President Tyler Arnold released a statement. ‘As soon as Zayn and I met, we knew we had to work together. Zayn has signed with a new record label and will be restarting his career. No release date has been given for the new songs, but they are said to be released this summer.
