The news was first reported by Page Six, which said that Pete suffers from borderline personality disorder* and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).

*Borderline Personality Disorder is a condition that causes emotional and behavioral instability, making it difficult to establish smooth interpersonal relationships. His moods and emotions change rapidly, he becomes intensely irritable, and he experiences intense fear and anxiety.

In addition, according to Pete’s close friends, Pete’s girlfriend, actress Chase Sui Wonders, and friends are currently supporting him.

Pete has long been open about his mental health struggles.

In 2021, when he spoke with actress Glenn Close for Variety’s “Actors on Actors” project, he revealed that when he was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, he felt like a weight had been lifted from his shoulders.

Pete recently made news when he left a radical voice message using the F-word after being accused by the animal rights group PETA of buying a dog for his mother at a pet store.

Also in March of this year, he was charged with dangerous driving after crashing into a house while driving on a residential street in Beverly Hills, California.
