Matty Healey, 34, frontman of the British pop-rock band The 1975, covered himself in a chunk of raw meat during a live outdoor concert in London.

On July 2, local time, an outdoor concert was held at Finsbury Park in London, England. The event featured performances by the U.S. band Cigarettes After Sex, U.S. artist Bleachers, British singer/songwriter The Japanese House, and U.S. band American Football, with the headliner being the British band The 1975.
The band’s frontman, Matty Healey, thrilled the audience with a number of hit songs on stage, and at the climax of the show, he surprised the fans with a performance.
According to a video posted by the U.S. media outlet “LAD Bible,” Matty, shown on a large screen at the venue, untied his black tie and began unbuttoning his white shirt. He took off his shirt amid cheers, picked up a bottle of wine on the table, and sat down on the stage.
He took a swig of the wine and then picked up a huge bone-in steak that was placed in front of him. Matty was holding a thick, bright red slice of meat, obviously uncooked and raw.
Matty held the bone part of the steak meat in one hand and bit into the raw meat with his big mouth open. He chewed for a while, perhaps because the meat was tough, and then bit into the raw meat again. He continued to bite and eat the raw meat several more times, and finally finished off his wine.
