Mission: Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One,” the latest film in the series starring Tom Cruise, was released in the U.S. on July 10 (Monday).
The original score, consisting of 39 songs, is currently being distributed to rave reviews.
The music is by Lorne Balfe. Balfe is a talented Scottish composer who also composed the score for “Mission: Impossible / Fallout” (2018). It is only available digitally, and high-resolution 48kHz/24-bit is also available simultaneously.

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Pt. One (Music from the Motion Picture)
Lorne Balfe commented on the production of the score as follows.
I started writing the music for this project over three years ago, and my goal was to create an adrenaline-fueled, heart-pumping, exhilarating score that would be appropriate for the heart-pounding intensity of the film. The goal was to create an adrenaline-fueled, heart-pumping, exhilarating score for this heart-poppingly intense film. The film was recorded in various cities where the film was shot, adding a real depth and emotional connection to the overall work. The recording included a chorus in Venice, a drum corps in Switzerland, an orchestra from Venice to Vienna to London, and an epic bongo session with 35 players all in one place, which was not only a blast, but also a nice nod to the previous film It was an ode to “Fallout”. The score is truly the most extensive of my career, spanning five cities and involving a total of 555 musicians. It was an honor to work with world-class talent and an outstanding team to bring the score to its final stages, and it was truly a unique and special experience. (From the press release)
