Tom Cruise takes his co-stars to “The Tom” places!

In an interview with People, Simon Pegg, who has worked with Tom Cruise for nearly 20 years, recalled a time when he took his “Mission: Impossible” co-stars to a certain place.

‘Tom always wants to show his appreciation. I think he’s so used to the attention that he has an instinct to give back everything he receives. He is always incredibly generous, and he lets us know that he appreciates us and that we are valued,” Simon said.

I don’t know if this was during the filming of “Mission: Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One,” the latest in the series, but Tom once took his co-stars shark diving on a day when they were not filming in the afternoon, “We were shooting near coastal waters where there are sharks. We were filming near coastal waters where there are sharks, but we were off that afternoon, so we all jumped into the ocean together,” he continued.

He continued, “It’s very Tom Cruise. We were filming by helicopter, and he took us by helicopter to a place where we could go into a cage and feed the sharks, and when the day was over, I thought, ‘That was just like Tom Cruise.

Incidentally, as we reported recently, Hayley Atwell, who plays Grace in “Mission: Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One,” was given a “beautiful amphora (*a type of Greek vase)” by Tom on one special day. Pom Klementieff, who plays Paris in the film, also told People that Tom gave her lessons to learn skydiving as a gift to celebrate the end of filming.
