Amazon Prime Video will start renting “Creed III,” the biggest hit film in the series starring, produced and directed by Michael B. Jordan, who made his mark on the Hollywood sidewalk of fame this March, on Wednesday, August 9.

Creed III” is the latest film in the Amazon Prime Rewards program and will be available on Prime Video in over 240 countries and regions.
Creed III” opened in the U.S. on March 3, and became the highest-grossing sports film in history with $58.6 million at the box office, the highest grossing film in the “Rocky” and “Creed” series with $156.2 million, and the biggest worldwide box office hit with $275.2 million. The worldwide box office gross was $275.2 million, making it a major hit. The film itself was also highly acclaimed, receiving an extremely high score of 96% from the general public and 88% FRESH from critics on the U.S. review site Rotten Tomatoes.

Adonis Creed (played by Michael B. Jordan) is a champ who has achieved spectacular success in boxing and is happy in his personal life. Meanwhile, his childhood friend Damian Anderson (played by Jonathan Majors), once called a boxing prodigy, reunites with Adonis after a long stint in prison, eager to prove that he is qualified to stand in the ring. In fact, Creed had a past that he couldn’t tell anyone about that turned his childhood friend, who was like family to him, into a sworn enemy. Adonis is forced to fight for his future with Damien, who has turned into a fighting machine with nothing to lose, in order to settle the matter.
Starring and directed by Michael B. Jordan of “Black Panther” and Amazon Original Movie “Without Remorse”. Jonathan Majors (“Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantomania”) plays Damien, Adonis’ past best friend and strongest nemesis; Tessa Thompson (“The Mighty Thor” series) plays Adonis’ wife Bianca; Wood Harris (“Ant-Man”), Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” and Phylicia Rashad of “Soulful World” are among the acting cast.
The film is also written by Keenan Coogler and Zach Beilin, and produced by Irwin Winkler, Charles Winkler, William Chartoff, David Winkler, Ryan Coogler, Jonathan Glickman, and Michael B. The film’s producers include Michael B. Jordan and “Rocky” Sylvester Stallone, who also directs and stars in the film. The film also features music by J. Cole, Big Sean, Kehlani, J.I.D, Ali Lennox, Bas, Earthgang, Cozz, and many more.
