Taylor Swift gave her staff a huge bonus
Taylor Swift, who is scheduled to perform in Japan for four days at the Tokyo Dome in February 2024, is currently touring the United States and has been performing brilliantly despite her tight schedule.
Speaking of Taylor, it was recently reported that she paid a $100,000 bonus to each truck driver who carries equipment and other items for the tour.
Of course, it was not only truck drivers that Taylor gave bonuses to. People reported that Taylor gave bonuses to everyone involved in the performance, including dancers, sound, and caterers, totaling more than $55 million.
Taylor gave the staff members who always work hard a large bonus, but it turned out that a heartwarming letter was also included with the bonus. The letter Taylor gave the staff reads, “Thank you for excellent work on the U.S. leg of The Eras Tour. The amount of the bonus you deserve to receive is $100,000,” the letter was handwritten.
Taylor took time out of his busy schedule to write the letter himself to thank the staff. In addition to the large bonus, Taylor’s thoughtful response like this is what makes the team work so wonderfully and makes the tour even better.
