Keim added, “Both Barbie and Ken are old-fashioned names with no plans to make a comeback. They may increase a bit due to the movie, but neither will be among the most popular baby names in 2023,” he answered matter-of-factly.
Barbie is unlikely to make it to the top of the rankings: Barbie is ranked 1,896 out of 2,000 most popular names in 2023, while Ken is ranked 113 out of 2,000.
