Backstreet Boys vocalist Nick Carter is facing new allegations of sexual assault, which he vehemently denies.
The new accuser is an anonymous woman.
She claims that Nick Carter sexually assaulted her on a yacht when she was 23 years old and herself 15. The woman claimed that she was sexually assaulted by Nick on multiple occasions. This is the third woman to sue Nick for sexual assault.
However, Nick vehemently denies this fact and claims that the lawsuit is full of lies.
Nick’s attorney, Dale Hayes Jr. told TMZ, “When the woman filed the allegations against Nick 20 years ago, authorities investigated her claims and determined that there was no merit to the charges.
Nick is also being sued by a woman named Shannon Ruth, who filed a lawsuit in December alleging that he sexually assaulted her when she was a minor after a 2001 concert … but he says he has witnesses who will testify that Ruth is lying.”
Shannon previously held a press conference and accused Nick of sexually assaulting her when she was only 17 years old. She then tearfully commented, “I have autism and cerebral palsy, and I don’t think anything Nick Carter has done or said to me has affected me and had a more lasting impact on my life than what he did and said to me.”
Singer Melissa Schuman also sued Nick for alleged sexual assault in 2002, but he has denied her allegations as well.
In filing this lawsuit, Nick’s lawyers said, “We look forward to the evidence being presented and the truth about these nefarious schemes coming to light.”
