Actor Johnny Depp sued his ex-wife, Amber Heard, in a defamation trial. A juror at the trial opened up about the battle, which ended in Johnny’s victory.
What Amber had to say didn’t quite fit.
One of the jurors in the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial gave an interview to ABC News’ Good Morning America. ABC did not reveal the name of the juror, but only disclosed that he was “male. There were seven jurors in all, five were male and two were female.
The juror said, “(Amber’s) crying, her facial expression, the way she stared at the jurors…we all felt uncomfortable…. She answered the question, started crying, but two seconds later she was back to her cold face. Some jurors described it as “crocodile tears.

The juror said that some jurors saw Amber as the aggressor, not Johnny. He also revealed that “what Amber was saying didn’t quite add up.
Many jurors, in the end, felt that what he was saying was more believable.” “He seemed a little more realistic (than Amber) in terms of how he would answer questions. His mental state was also more stable throughout.”
Regarding the deciding factor in the verdict, the juror said, “Ultimately, I thought the truth was that they were both violent toward each other. I don’t think either of them was wrong or right. But there was not enough or any evidence to really support what Amber was claiming,” he said, adding that Amber’s claims were not supported by enough evidence and that Johnny won the case as a result.
