Amber Heard’s insurance company does not seem to be helping.

Therefore, Amber’s lawyers are claiming that the trial is “invalid. They are looking for a way to escape payment, but it seems unlikely that this application will be approved.

Amber is said to have a contract with an insurance company, New York Marine and General Insurance Co., which provides her with about $1 million in coverage in a defamation suit, but this case is not covered.

Why did the insurance company decide that this case would not be covered?

According to TMZ, the policy between Amber and New York Marine and General Insurance Co. states that the policy “covers all torts, including libel and slander.

The “flip side” was that “the insurance company is not obligated to pay the amount ordered by the judgment if the insured intentionally commits a ‘tort’.

The insurers are now reportedly seeking a declaration from the court that they are not liable to pay the $1 million policy amount because the jury found that Amber’s defamatory conduct was intentional and “maliciously” libelous.

In addition, after Amber’s loss of the lawsuit was confirmed, her attorney affirmed in an information program in which she appeared that Amber has no ability to pay.

Amber seems to be in a state of “fire” due to the huge amount of money she has invested in this trial in addition to the compensation.
