In an interview with ELLE, trainer Borges revealed that she was doing four effective workouts to maintain her tight legs. There are four types: jumping lunge, pre-jump, pelvic lift, and reverse squat kick.

 

Do rope training

Anyone who saw this clip of Beyonce’s “HOMECOMING” would have seen her crazy about battle ropes.

 

Battle ropes are a great way to burn calories, incorporating both full-body strengthening workouts and solid aerobic exercise.

 

Rely on aerobic exercise to prepare before the tour

If you’ve been to Beyonce’s concerts, you’ve seen how she moves around the entire stage.

 

According to Glamor magazine, her endurance is largely due to running and boxing. “Running in a dash is ideal for creating the stamina and explosive power that Bee needs to move around the entire stage,” Borges said in an interview. And boxing workouts are important for patience.

 

“You’ll soon run out of gas. By overcoming (the fatigue), you’ll have plenty of endurance,” she said.

 

She loves exercising outdoors

Her activewear brand was named Ivy Park because she loves exercising outdoors.

 

“I took the brand name from where I gained strength and endurance when I was young,” she told ELLE. “I ran and trained in the park. I’ve been feeling that time for years. It was the first time I learned to listen to my body.”
