Kate Moss has revealed why she agreed to testify.

Kate has now appeared on BBC Radio. She reveals the reason for her decision to testify.

The reason why Kate took the stand in the first place was that Amber Heard’s side claimed that it was due to the fact that Johnny pushed her down when she was dating Johnny in the 1990s, and she fell on the stairs and got injured.

According to Kate, she wanted to deny this rumor by testifying herself. In her testimony, Kate said, “I believe in truth. I also believe in fairness and justice,” she declared.

In the program, Kate said, “I know the truth about Johnny. He never pushed me down. I had to tell the truth in that moment.” She made it clear that she wanted to deny the allegations completely.

The trial is also about Amber’s 2018 op-ed in The Washington Post in which she claimed to have been the victim of domestic violence, which Johnny said was written as if he was the perpetrator. The trial was a lawsuit against Amber for defamation, claiming that her image as a public figure had been damaged.

The trial started in April of this year due to Johnny’s filming schedule and other circumstances. On June 1, the Virginia court accepted Johnny’s lawsuit and ordered Amber to pay $10.35 million in damages.

Amber is appealing the decision and has decided to file an appeal.
