The man who kidnapped singer Lady Gaga’s two beloved French bulldogs and also shot Ryan Fisher, the man who walked them on Gaga’s behalf, has been found safe and rearrested.

Last month, the U.S. Marshals Service said that James Howard Jackson, 19, who was involved in the aforementioned incident, had been mistakenly released and also announced a $5,000 reward for anyone who provides information that leads to his arrest.

 

Five people, including James, were arrested last April in the Lady Gaga dog kidnapping and shooting case, and James, who was charged with attempted murder, was awaiting trial when he was released due to a clerical error after trial proceedings at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center in Los Angeles.
