BTS became the main character of the “Group of the Year” at the “2022 MTV Video Music Awards” (hereafter “2022 MTV VMA”) in the United States.

BTS won the “Group of the Year” category at the “2022 MTV VMAs” held at the Prudential Center in New Jersey, USA, on March 28 (local time). BTS was honored for the fourth consecutive year since being nominated for the “MTV VMA” award for the first time in 2019, especially winning the “Group of the Year (conventionally Best Group)” category trophy without missing a single award for four years.

They became the heroes of “Group of the Year.”

BTS won the “Best Group” and “Best K-pop” categories in 2019, and in 2020, they recorded four awards: “Best Pop,” “Best K-pop,” “Best Choreography,” and “Best Group. Last year, they won in the “Best Group,” “Best K-Pop,” and “Song of Summer” categories, making them the most crowned winners of the 2021 MTV VMAs.

Meanwhile, BTS will hold a concert in Busan on October 15 to pray for the attraction of the 2030 Busan Expo.
