Former five-weight world boxing champion Floyd Mayweather (45=USA) may fight mixed martial artist and former two-weight UFC champion Conor McGregor (34=Ireland) in 2023 under MMA (mixed martial arts) rules.

The two fought in an official boxing match in August 2017, with Mayweather winning by TKO. Negotiations for a rematch have been underway for some time, and now plans have emerged for two fights in boxing and MMA.
