Aaron was advised by his lawyer to draw up a will for his son Prince, whom he had with fiancée Melanie Martin in November 2021, but he reportedly did not touch it, according to sources.

In accordance with California inheritance law, Prince will likely inherit his father’s estate, as Aaron was unmarried at the time of his death.

Aaron and Melanie first began dating in early 2020. Less than two months into their relationship, Aaron tattooed Melanie’s first name above his right eyebrow. After a series of breakups and reconciliation, the couple became engaged in June 2020 after Martin was arrested for felony domestic violence and released on $50,000 bail, and they welcomed a son, Prince, on November 22, 2010, only to break up a week later. Aaron said that due to concerns about domestic violence and drug use, Melanie’s mother was given custody of Prince by court order. He had said before his death that he was voluntarily participating in an outpatient rehabilitation program out of a desire to “get my son back.”

His sudden and tragic death has been met with much grief from celebrities and fans.

According to a police report, his body was found surrounded by multiple cans of compressed air and bottles of prescription drugs. The official cause of his death has not yet been revealed pending the results of toxicology tests.
