Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo has received an unbeatable offer from the Middle East.

According to CBS Sports, Cristiano Ronaldo has received an offer from Saudi Arabian powerhouse Al Nasr to play until his 40s and is ready to sign a three-year contract after the World Cup.

Cristiano Ronaldo terminated his contract with Manchester United on November 22 by mutual consent. He left the club immediately and is now a free agent.

Al Nasr and other clubs in the Middle East have been interested since this summer, but it never materialized as the 37-year-old has been eager to play at the highest European level for the Qatar World Cup. He scored in the tournament’s opening match against Ghana, becoming the first player in history to score in five World Cups.

Al Nasr wants Cristiano Ronaldo to find a new home after the tournament, and after extensive discussions with his agent, the club’s interest is “stronger than ever,” according to a source close to the club. The terms offered to the player are said to be worth approximately £ 60 million (10.4 billion yen) per year for a total of £186 million (31.2 billion yen) over three years.

The player and the club have been in contact since the summer, and negotiations appear to be relatively advanced. The only thing that remains is to wait for Cristiano Ronaldo to make a final decision. If Cristiano Ronaldo chooses to accept the offer, it will not take long for the deal to be concluded, sources told CBS Sports. Rival Al Hilal is also reportedly in the hunt for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Al Nasr is an old club that has won nine league titles and reached the final of the AFC Champions League in 1995. Will the legendary FW spend the end of his career in Saudi Arabia?
