Gerard and Shakira broke up last June after 11 years of dating. The breakup was said to be due to Gerard’s infidelity. Earlier this month, PageSix reported that Shakira was “devastated” when she realized that Clara was in the background of one of Gerard’s ZOOMs from home in 2021.

Recently, Gerard posted a photo on Instagram of him and Clara relaxing on the restaurant’s patio. However, he received a lot of criticism, including, “Imagine ruining my home life with my wife and kids.

And now, one of Shakira’s videos is making headlines. Shakira posted a video on Instagram showing her dancing while mouthing the lyrics to “BZRP Music Session #53.” The caption reads, “as mujeres ya no lloran las mujeres bailan merengue!” which means “Women no longer cry, women dance merengue.”

Shakira is talking about her single “Te Felicito” last year, in which she sings about her relationship with an unfaithful lover. Some of the lyrics included such statements as “I was shattered to please you / Everyone warned me, but I didn’t listen.
