US professional golfer Tiger Woods (47) has been sued by his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman (39). Media outlets report.
Tiger Woods and Erica Herman began dating in 2017.
They signed an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) in 2017 and began living together in Florida. They spent the lockdown with the new Corona together and then Erica was a devoted supporter when he was involved in a car accident in 2021, but they ended their relationship last autumn.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Erica “performed ‘valuable services’ for Tiger in exchange for a free place in his home”. She admits that she does not hold any documents in this regard, but says it was a “verbal tenancy agreement” and claims that the agreement was supposed to last for five years beyond 2022, when they parted ways.
Erica further states in the legal documents that she was abruptly evicted from the house “last autumn after Tiger’s cronies persuaded her to go on a ‘short holiday’ without him, and when she went on the trip, they told her that she could ‘never come home'”. She stated that she was abruptly evicted from her home.
In her lawsuit, Erica is seeking $30 million.
Erica says that the NDA (non-disclosure agreement) she signed with Tiger when she and Tiger began living together prevents her from disclosing various information, but this time she claims that the NDA should be invalidated because “sexual assault and sexual harassment are involved”. Federal law prohibits the enforcement of NDAs where sexual assault or other forms of harassment are involved.
