Christine Baumgartner (49), wife of American actor Kevin Costner (68), was spotted at the Los Angeles International Airport in the US with their two children.
Christine filed for divorce from Kevin in May and was subsequently asked to move out of her home in Santa Barbara, CA.
However, she continued to stay in her home and insisted that she would not move out until Kevin complied with all her financial demands. However, a few days ago, it was reported that Christine had agreed to leave the house on August 31 of this year.
Kevin Costner’s wife, handbag designer Christine Baumgartner, was caught arriving by car at Los Angeles International Airport with their son Hayes Logan, 14, and daughter Grace Avery, 13, on June 29 local time.
In the photo published by Page Six, Christine is wearing a short-sleeved blouse with a floral pattern and wide black pants, with a white suitcase in the foreground; the two children are both wearing gray sweatshirts and black plaid pajama pants, perhaps in preparation for the long trip. The three children have just gotten out of the black vehicle and appear to be on their way to the airport.
Their eldest son, Kayden Wyatt, 16, was not seen, and it is unclear where the father and son have traveled to.

On May 1 (local time), Christine filed for divorce from her husband of 18 years, Kevin, citing “irreconcilable differences. According to the U.S. media outlet TMZ, they are both seeking joint custody of their children.
Kevin and Christine married in 2004 and began living together in the home Kevin purchased in Santa Barbara, California in 1988. The couple later had two children, Kayden Wyatt and Hayes Logan, and a daughter, Grace Avery.
They had signed a prenuptial agreement, and since the Santa Barbara home was owned by Kevin, Ms. Christine agreed to move out if they were to divorce.
However, Christine continued to remain in the home after filing for divorce, so Kevin petitioned the court to have her move out. According to documents filed with the court, Ms. Christine claimed that she would not move out until Kevin agreed to all her financial demands. Kevin was filming in Utah, U.S., at the time, and stated that if she did not move out, he would “have no home to return to.”
Christine is demanding that Kevin pay $248,000 per month in child support, as well as the children’s full private school tuition, extracurricular activities, and medical expenses. This amount is more than six times the $38,000 (approximately 5.5 million yen) per month that Kevin initially offered.
Then, on June 28 local time, the U.S. media outlet RadarOnline reported that Christine had agreed to move out of the Santa Barbara mansion.
Legal documents obtained by the media stated that Christine would leave the house on August 31 of this year as long as Kevin complies with the court’s July 12 order for alimony and maintenance, which would give him 50 days to find a home and move out.
The document claims that Kevin was required to find a new home ASAP without a financial plan, and Christine said, “Considering our three children, it is not desirable for them to have a rental agreement that they cannot afford. It will ultimately lead to multiple moves,” she wrote.
She added, “My goal is to maintain as much stability for my children as possible. This includes putting in place the appropriate resources and plans to ensure stable housing for the children, rather than temporary and inconsistent housing arrangements,” he added.
