New portrait photos of Prince George of the British Royal Family have become the talk of the town.
Kensington Palace has released new portraits of Prince George, who turned 10 years old on July 22.

Prince George, the eldest son of Prince William and Crown Princess Catherine, smiles for the camera as he sits on the concrete steps of Windsor.
He wears a blue button-down shirt with teal trousers and chocolate brown dress shoes. According to Kensington Palace, the photo was taken earlier this month by Millie Pilkington, who also shot the birthday portraits of Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.
Crown Princess Catherine gave birth to Prince George in July 2013; Princess Charlotte was born in May 2015 and Prince Louis in April 2018, making Prince George a big brother.
Since his birthday last year, Prince George has experienced a rather turbulent year. Prince George transferred from Thomas Battersea School to Rum Rook School in August 2022. And the following month, his great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, died at the age of 96. Prince George and Princess Charlotte attended the Queen’s funeral in September 2022, while Prince Louis remained at home. The royal children were “incredibly well-behaved,” Olympic athlete Mark Tewksbury told People magazine at the time.
In April of this year, Prince George was named one of four Page of Honor at the coronation of his grandfather, King Charles III, and participated in the ceremony. After the coronation, Prince George, along with his sister and brother, enjoyed the coronation concerts of Lionel Richie and Katy Perry.
