This bold and groundbreaking move is a powerful example of new clean energy solutions that can help rapidly reduce the carbon footprint of live music. Our goal at Lollapalooza is to further demonstrate the ability of clean energy technologies to power large stages and move the music industry toward a future that does not rely on polluting diesel generators.”

Adam Gardner, co-founder and executive director of Reverb, added, “We hope and believe this will be a watershed moment for the music industry. Here and now, we have a real solution to climate change. By showcasing this technology on stage at the world’s most respected festivals with one of the world’s biggest artists, we are accelerating the necessary transition to a decarbonized future for music and beyond.”

The organization has also partnered with Billie on his 2022 “Happier Than Ever” World Tour and has also partnered with Maroon 5 and Harry Styles in the past.
