Floyd Mayweather (46, USA), a former five-weight world boxing champion, has been helping the victims of the massive wildfires that broke out on August 8 in Maui, Hawaii.
Mayweather arranged a plane to evacuate families fleeing the fires, and paid for the flight entirely out of his own pocket.
According to the U.S. online news TMZ, Mayweather arranged flights for two days to evacuate about 70 families fleeing the fires to Honolulu, paying for the flights entirely out of his own pocket.

According to Maui County officials, at least 55 people were confirmed dead and hundreds were missing by the evening of August 10. More than 2,000 people are reportedly in shelters on Maui.
