Mitchel Musso, 32, who played Oliver in the popular U.S. Disney Channel drama “Hannah Montana,” has been arrested.

According to TMZ, Musso, a former child actor, stole potato chips at a food market. When the clerk demanded that Musso pay for the snacks, Musso “spat” and left the scene. Upon receiving a call, local authorities caught Musso outside the hotel, where he was allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
Musso was charged with public intoxication, theft under $100, failure to register a vehicle, failure to produce a driver’s license, and failure to appear in court.
