R&B star Usher, 44, has officially been confirmed as a performer for the Super Bowl 2024 halftime show.

Apple Music announced that Usher will perform at Apple Music’s Super Bowl LVIII halftime show in February 2024.

The “Super Bowl,” the most exciting sporting event in the United States, is the championship game of American football, and the “Halftime Show,” held during halftime of the game, is one of the highlights of the event. Performing in the halftime show is said to be one of the greatest honors in an artist’s career, and many famous artists have performed in the past, including Michael Jackson, Prince, Madonna, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna.

 

Apple Music announced that Usher will perform at Apple Music’s Super Bowl LVIII halftime show in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, February 11, 2024.

 

Usher released a statement saying, “It is a once in a lifetime honor to perform at the Super Bowl. I can’t wait to bring the world a show like the world has never seen before. Thank you to my fans and everyone who made this opportunity possible. See you soon.”

And Seth Dudowski, Head of Music for the NFL, said, “Usher is an icon who has left an indelible mark on the cultural landscape throughout his career, and we couldn’t be more excited that he will headline this year’s Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show. We couldn’t be more pleased to have him headline this year’s Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show. This year’s Super Bowl halftime show was performed by popular singer Rihanna. At that time, Rihanna was the talk of the town when she announced that she was “pregnant with her second child” by wearing a bright red jumpsuit that also dared to show her belly and rubbing her stomach.
