In the past, The 1975 took a two-year “hiatus” from live performances after the “Music For Cars” tour.
The 1975’s representatives have not responded to inquiries from The Times and billboard magazine for further details, and it is unclear whether the “hiatus” mentioned by Healey refers to a “hiatus” from live performances, or whether it refers to a so-called “hiatus” in which the band itself will not be active for a while. It is not clear whether the “hiatus” mentioned by Healy refers to a similar “pause in live performances” or a so-called “hiatus” in which the band itself will not be active for a while.
He has been criticized by other artists for making controversial statements at various venues, has been accused of anti-LGBTQ+ policies in Malaysia, and has been sued by a Malaysian music festival after being ejected from the stage for kissing a homosexual on stage, and has been accused of dating Taylor Swift for a month. Matty Healey has been in a relationship with Taylor Swift that ended in divorce within a month, but his popularity continues to grow as his tour tickets are almost always sold out.
We will wait for the official news on the future plans of The 1975 led by Matty Healey.
