The nominations for the Emmy Awards, one of the four major awards in the United States, have been announced, and Zendaya has broken an Emmy record.
Zendaya breaks record at 74th Emmy Awards
The nominations for the Emmy Awards, one of the most prestigious awards in American television, were announced on September 12 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, and the drama “The King of Media” received the most nominations with 25, followed by “Ted Russo: The Coach Goes Home. Coach Goes Home” followed.

Zendaya, who plays Lou in “Euphoria,” which received 16 nominations, and also serves as executive producer, broke her own record for being the youngest actress ever nominated.
Zendaya was the youngest person ever nominated for Best Actress in a Drama category in 2020, and now she has shattered the previous Emmy record as the youngest woman ever nominated for an Emmy in the Producer category and the youngest woman ever to be nominated twice for Best Actress.

Zendaya updated her Instagram page after “Euphoria” received 16 nominations. There, she thanked the cast and everyone involved.

The 74th Emmy Awards, which will be broadcast exclusively in Japan on September 13 on the video streaming service “U-NEXT”, is anxiously awaiting Zendaya’s award.
