The defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has been over for some time now, and during the past week, very interesting news has been reported, revealing that Johnny is now dating his lawyer. However, this new girlfriend is not Camille Vazquez, who was rumored to be dating Johnny at one point, but Joel Rich, the lawyer in the 2020 defamation case. How does Amber feel about this reported relationship?

The defamation trial concluded with Amber Heard being found guilty of three counts of defamation and being required to pay millions of dollars to Johnny. Amber then chose to appeal and she is currently awaiting the outcome. Given all of this, Amber is not at all interested in who Johnny is getting intimate with these days, and ET’s source in particular even says that she “doesn’t care.” The source said, “Amber doesn’t pay attention to Johnny or his personal life. She doesn’t care who he dates, she just wants to move on with her life”.
Amber met Johnny back in 2009 while starring in the 2011 film The Rum Diary; the two stars began dating the year the movie was released and eventually tied the knot in 2015. They eventually divorced in 2017 and have been in a legal battle for the past several years. Given that, many people will not be too surprised to hear that Amber is not interested in Johnny’s love life at this time.
Since the trial ended in June, much has been said about Amber’s financial situation, with her lawyer claiming shortly after the verdict that she could not afford to pay the court-ordered sum of $8.3 million.
