Actor Chris Evans (41), known for his roles in Marvel’s “Captain America” and “Knives Out” is dating a young Portuguese actress named Alba Baptista (25).

They are in love and Chris couldn’t be happier!

A source told People magazine that Chris and Alba have been dating for “over a year” and that their relationship is “serious.

The insider further testified that “they love each other, Chris couldn’t be happier,” and “his family and friends all adore her.

In response to this report, Page Six reached out to Chris and Alba’s representatives for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.

Alba appeared in the movie “Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris,” which was released this year (in Japan on November 18). People magazine also reports that Alba, the daughter of an engineer and translator, is a gifted woman who speaks five languages and has done “an enormous amount of humanitarian work” for an orphanage in Cambodia.

Last fall, Chris caused a stir on the Internet when rumors surfaced that he was dating Selena Gomez. The rumors ended up remaining untrue, but it seems that he is currently spending happy days with Alba Batista.
