Bob Lee, founder of money transfer app Cash App, was stabbed to death on a street in San Francisco, US, in early April.

A few days after the incident, San Francisco police announced that they had arrested a man named Nima Momeni, who had known Lee for some time. Nima Momeni has since been charged with murder.

The New York Post reported details about their relationship.

The incident was initially thought to be a random act in San Francisco, which is not a safe city. However, as the investigation progressed, it was revealed that Lee had been going to underground parties where drug and sexually active people gathered.

This party was called ‘The Lifestyle’.

And it was Kazar Momeni (37), sister of the suspect Nima, who attended this ‘The Lifestyle’ with Lee.

According to a person who knew the party well, Lee and Kazar Momeni had a close relationship and were concerned that they might get into trouble one day.

In addition, the prosecutor stated that the incident may have escalated after an argument between Lee and Nima over the party and his involvement with Khazar.

Lee had been steadily gaining strength in the IT industry, including a successful career as a programmer at Google and being appointed as the first Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the US mobile payments giant.

Despite such a dedicated work ethic, Lee’s friends say he led a promiscuous life, taking ketamine and cocaine in private and travelling around the world to attend underground parties.
