According to Kate, she attended the Cannes premiere that day wearing a bodysuit she had purchased at the airport sock shop, Sock Shop. However, on the way to the venue in the car with Denzel Washington and his wife, the snap button burst open and the crotch part fell open. Panicking before the biggest red carpet event of her life, Kate secretly told Keanu and Robert what had happened.
‘In this picture, I’m holding the front gusset and they’re holding the back gusset, they’re just legends. I may not have fully understood what was going to happen, I may not have even heard the word ‘gusset’ before, but they helped me without asking.
Keanu has also been known to give his stuntmen T-shirts with the number of times they died during the filming of John Wick: Consequences. At the film’s New York premiere, he commented on being described online as the ideal boyfriend, saying: ‘Obviously there’s no one perfect, but thank you all for your kindness. ‘Of course I get hungry too,’ she stated, mischievously revealing that she can get grumpy on an empty stomach.
