He also returned as Luke Skywalker from the old trilogy using a special rejuvenation technique in the drama “The Mandalorian,” which aired on Disney Plus in 2021. He became a big topic of conversation.

Mark recently appeared in an interview on CBS Sunday Morning. He talked about the character of Luke Skywalker, who has an inseparable relationship with his own life.

In the interview, Mark also mentioned whether or not he would take on the role of Luke Skywalker in the future.

Mark expressed his negative thoughts about a comeback, saying, “I’m not saying never, but I can’t find a reason to do it,” and then added, “Let me put it this way. I mean, they have so many stories to tell. So we don’t need Luke anymore. There was my time. They were good times. That’s enough.

Mark also said that he is not bothered by the image of “Luke,” adding, “I never wanted to be the kind of actor that everyone remembers. I just wanted to do what I wanted to do and live my life. Sometimes I think that maybe I could be remembered for something worse. Like, ‘He was the best actor I’ve ever seen play Adolf Hitler. ‘ In that case, Luke is a great character,” he adds.
