A few days after finishing his massive world tour “Happier Than Ever” in Atlanta, Billie Eilish unveiled a huge tattoo on her neck.
Billie updated her Instagram on September 20 local time, revealing 10 new snaps with the cryptic caption “%*&+^#/”.

The first snap showed what appeared to be a giant tattoo peeking out of a black T-shirt.
Part of the tattoo peeking out from the T-shirt consisted of numerous black lines. She did not elaborate on her new tattoo, but tagged tattoo artist Matthias Milan in the post.
Billie is wearing a royal blue baseball cap with the word Ochoa embroidered in white on the side. She also wore a blue knit hat with a black star under the baseball cap and a necklace hanging from her neck. She also released an image of a “personal information” form showing her name, along with a selfie of her wearing a black hoodie and black sunglasses.
Billie gave the final performance of her “Happier Than Ever, The World Tour” a few days ago on the second day of Music Midtown 2023 at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, Georgia.
This long tour, which began in February 2022, was in support of her second studio album, Happier Than Ever (2021). Billie co-wrote the album with her brother and frequent collaborator Phineas, who also produced the album and played all the instruments.
