A mixed team of British and American intelligence and military special forces was dispatched to Ukraine to prepare for the evacuation of President Zelensky from Kyiv, the capital.

An English source revealed. It is assumed that the president, executives of the administration and leaders of the Supreme Council (parliament) will escape to countries within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and establish an exile administration. In addition to Poland and the United Kingdom, Sweden, which is not a NATO member, is also being considered as a host country.

The mixed team entered Ukraine last year and finished formulating the basic plan in December. The plan has been put on hold, as the Ukrainian side continues to resist the invasion beyond what was initially expected, and Mr. Zelensky himself has a strong will to stay in Ukraine for the time being. Depending on the situation, there may be options to evacuate to western Ukraine, which is beyond the control of Russian troops.
