The recently released satisfaction score rankings for the current year by the American Customer Satisfaction Survey (ACSI) have been released.
The survey found that Americans’ satisfaction with fast food restaurants as a whole declined 2.6% from the previous year, to 76 points.

And when looking at the satisfaction score ranking for each restaurant, it became clear that that very popular hamburger store in Japan was not even ranked in the top 20.
